New Construction FAQs

We recommend contacting us during the planning phase, ideally 4-6 weeks before you need installation. This ensures we can coordinate with your construction timeline and have all materials ready when your project reaches the roofing stage.

The best material depends on your budget, architectural style, and long-term goals. Architectural shingles offer excellent durability and curb appeal, while metal roofing provides superior longevity. We’ll review all options and help you choose the right system for your project.

Most new construction roof installations are completed in 2-4 days, depending on the size and complexity of the home. We work efficiently to stay on schedule without compromising quality.

We provide comprehensive manufacturer warranties on materials (typically 25-50 years depending on the product) plus our workmanship warranty. All warranty details are included in your project documentation.

Absolutely. We provide all necessary documentation including warranties, building code compliance certificates, and installation records needed for closing and future homeowner reference.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. David was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Derick, the field service manager, was the same. The crew was great, and they addressed any concerns I had when they came to mind. They thoroughly cleaned up at the very end, and delivered a top quality roof for our house, garage, and pump house, using great quality materials.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Action Roofing has just completed a full re-roofing of our home converting it from a cedar shake to a GAF(UHDF) shingle roof. The project went extremely well - from David providing the quote and keeping us updated, to Derrick overseeing the project, to the crew doing the work. It came in on time and under budget. We can certainly recommend Action Roofing as an excellent company for any roofing project.
